Pros

Cloudflare has an excellent product portfolio that customers love. The technology is innovative and competitive in the market. Strong brand name and market reputation.

Cons

The team environment often feels toxic, with frequent conflicts over accounts. Management shows favoritism at times, which creates an uneven experience for employees. Leadership focus is more on results than on supporting and developing people, which impacts morale. Lack of support and trust within teams, leading to unhealthy competition instead of teamwork.

Good but not for all

Pros

Super product that customers love.

Cons

The company has gone through major restructure where sales now spend around 60% of their time on admin rather than actually selling. That means there are far less chances of hitting your target (forget about overachieving). Management: A lot of new managers with limited experience in cloud infra. Process: New process to streamline reporting significantly increased admin workload on sales and front lines. Career opportunities: Very limited.
