Pros

- I work with some of the smartest people in tech and really enjoy working with my peers. - Constantly exposed to new technology.

Cons

- SO. MUCH. THRASH. Cloudflare has no strategy internally. - Fire drills are the only way work gets done. - The fastest solution matter much more to the best solution. - Yes - we ship fast and often; but we ship fast and often because we never build tooling that scales. - Senior leadership - Poor compensation compared to competitors. - No training opportunities.

Pros

The network and platform they've built is truly incredible

Cons

MM sales org was in a period of transition when I worked there. Short ramp given average sales cycle length, layoffs, team reorg, new CRO, focus on Enterprise segment, unattainable targets for small territories, mostly expanding existing customers, not selling many new business deals, competitive market, not selling on value, mostly a race to the bottom on price, few inbound leads from marketing, will have to generate your own pipeline. Old guard seem to be doing fine, but can't say it's a lucrative/attractive opportunity for new joiners.
