Pros
Awesome work environment, with a great group of people. There are many opportunities for growth and development, and if you're a student, management is willing to accommodate work hours to your school schedule (within reason). Management also encourages their employees to pursue any training and education that would be beneficial to them and/or the company. I enjoy that we take time away from the office to go do something fun as a team, and everyone looks froward to these team-building events. We also do a lot of volunteer work in our community, which is very rewarding. I would recommend this company to anyone!
Cons
Metrolink Networks is very technology focused, so this can be a bit overwhelming for people in non-technical positions. Depending on the type of work you do, you may need to familiarize yourself with some of the technology solutions we provide. Learning something new is never a bad thing, but this may cause someone to step out of their comfort zone.
