Revint offers a completely flexible structure of self-driven work flow. Staff is able to gain knowledge about the health insurance industry on a daily basis. The company is expanding and offering more growth opportunities then ever before. I have also seen an incredible response to the world's current health by maintaining employment throughout with little to no interruption for most teams.

Collectively we have built and maintained a culture based on transparency and treating everyone like adults. We have a saying that embodies this: “We take our work seriously, but we do not take ourselves too serious”. Every day I feel team members of all levels have an opportunity to make a positive impact within their department and/or with the clients we serve. Across the organization we have an open-door policy where teammates are encouraged to collaborate with each other regardless of title. Our team is not afraid to innovate knowing we will fail occasionally. We collectively discuss the lessons learned from the failure to grow as a team and encourage each other.
