Horrible communication between those who make decisions and those who are to carry them out. Was a much better company prior to all the company mergers.

You can work remotely if you want

Cons

Tons of pseudo promotions at the expense of other staff members. The company is so executive heavy it has no one to do the actual work Plus they bully you into completing optional surveys just to get a higher PG score. The financials are all a guess so they get bought out by a private equity firm
