Pros

- Ability to work remotely when needed - Somewhat flexible working hours - Making a mistake is not fatal--we are careful & collaborative to prevent failure but when failure does happen we learn from it as a team so we don't make the same mistake again - Introversion is celebrated and I think that actually helps our team cohesion - Lots of autonomy but everyone on the team is willing to mentor/partner/brainstorm/help when needed - We have a diverse team (gender, race, & professional backgrounds) - Lots of opportunities to develop skills and take on new projects--we learn every day - Solution-oriented, every person is encouraged to take ownership of finding solutions and improvements - RevInt currently offers medical, dental, vision, basic ilfe, voluntary life, voluntary STD, voluntary LTD, HSA, and FSA benefits - Chandler office has lots of natural light & a big breakroom/kitchen; office is big with lots of room to grow the team; lots of nearby ammenities here in Chandler, AZ; office has lots of conference rooms, phone rooms, even several balconies; sometimes the open floor plan can make individual focus work challenging at our desks but we have options when needed (phone rooms, conference rooms, the kitchen/break room, even a work-from-home day); lots of parking; elevator or stairway accessible - Leadership is approachable

Cons

- I wish we had a better PTO policy (currently we accrue x number of hours each paycheck) and better maternity benefits

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay. Parties for morale. Free coffee. Never have to take work home.

Cons

They don't pay a standard rate for the job. I was getting $12/hour but a coworker of mine was making $20/hour because she asked for more in her initial interview. It is very unorganized. I started working when they were absorbing a new health network. The bosses were learning with us which made it so hard because no one in the office knew what they were doing. We had to call the hospital for questions and they were annoyed at us every time we did and insulted us from time to time. Not a great, positive atmosphere.
