Pros
- Ability to work remotely when needed
- Somewhat flexible working hours
- Making a mistake is not fatal--we are careful & collaborative to prevent failure but when failure does happen we learn from it as a team so we don't make the same mistake again
- Introversion is celebrated and I think that actually helps our team cohesion
- Lots of autonomy but everyone on the team is willing to mentor/partner/brainstorm/help when needed

- Chandler office has lots of natural light & a big breakroom/kitchen; office is big with lots of room to grow the team; lots of nearby ammenities here in Chandler, AZ; office has lots of conference rooms, phone rooms, even several balconies; sometimes the open floor plan can make individual focus work challenging at our desks but we have options when needed (phone rooms, conference rooms, the kitchen/break room, even a work-from-home day); lots of parking; elevator or stairway accessible

- I wish we had a better PTO policy (currently we accrue x number of hours each paycheck) and better maternity benefits
