Pros

My department has a knowledge manager who takes care of the team members. In an organization that is quickly growing - the best place to be is on a team that is led by great leaders.

Cons

CEO over promises- definitely speaks and makes promises before thinking about the full ramifications The organization is made up of a lot of smaller companies who have been merged under one name. There is no cohesion between the legacy companies and the upper management continues to play all sides.

Pros

-job flexibility -remote -meaningful work -positive environment I've worked at cloudmed for a little less than a year and I am so happy I found them! Since day 1, you can tell management and everyone around you wants you to succeed. I love the work that I do everyday and our clients. I find myself learning something new everyday, which is super important to me. I am so grateful for the flexibility the job gives me, and I never feel micromanaged.. just extremely supported. Lastly, management truly listens to feedback so overall I promise - this is an awesome place to work.

Cons

Training is definitely an area for improvement. I found myself looking for work the first few months because I wasn't fully trained to be "client-facing". Promotions or job advancements: I feel like there isn't a structured plan in place to grow within the company. There are a lot of external hires where I feel current employees should have been promoted.
