Pros

Management is nice. Easy interview process. Phone interview then in person interview.

Cons

Kind of like a glorified call center. Salary does not align with the stress and workload.

Thanks for your review. For some positions there can be a lot of phone work for sure, but it varies across the company and by role. Significant investments were made recently to bring salaries up for many as well. Thanks for the feedback -- best of luck to you on your career path.

Pros

-Strong culture of collaboration -The people you work with -Young workforce -Making a tangible positive impact for providers by recovering lost revenue -Develop SQL and data analysis skills -Hone client interaction/soft skills/business writing at the Experienced Consultant and Senior Consultant levels

Cons

-Low pay -Promotions are tenure-based; not performance-based so you’re incentivized to do the bare minimum to get promoted and not go above and beyond. -Cloudmed is owned by a private equity firm meaning that annual revenue growth is a top priority, which is tough to accomplish as the work we do inherently requires more work to produce higher revenue. -Early start times (7:45-8am) -9 hour days/45 hour work week is expected -Work can get monotonous -High attrition rate meaning new hires are always being made and training the new hires falls on project team members who have to balance training the new hire along with their own work
