As a healthcare technology company created through several M&As there are a lot of opportunities for employee growth along with a few challenges. I feel the employees that thrive the most in this environment embrace change and are comfortable “living in the grey”. Those that are not a curious learner and are change adverse will likely struggle here. I feel leadership does their best to explain the ‘why’ behind upcoming change to the company and department. We have an opportunity to foster better collaboration between Cloudmed teams that support our clients to ensure we continue serving them at the highest level.

Auditors are responsible for working out any access issues with each client they are assigned work, and checking that access frequently once established to ensure that access is still working. Health insurance is with Aetna, which means that I cannot have imaging procedures or outpatient surgical procedures in my area unless I choose to pay more, since I live in a rural area. Aetna expects me to drive over an hour to have imaging or outpatient procedures.
