Pros

I have worked in healthcare for 22 years and this is the best company I have worked for. They have a clear mission to help healthcare organizations get paid for the services they provide. They have clear expectations but allow each employee the flexibility to complete their tasks while achieving work-life balance in a way that makes sense to the individual and their circumstances. Management is very transparent and open to the progress of the company and direct supervisors are always there and available to help as needed. The salary and benefits are very good and coming to work for Cloudmed is the best professional decision I have ever made.

I do not see any cons at working for Cloudmed. They are a great company to work for.

Pros

The amount of talented people in this organization that is willing to help is incredible. I feel very supported, but not micromanaged in anyway. Despite being in my career for years, I'm learning new things daily, and have monthly opportunities for free CEU's. Despite working at home, I feel we are all supported and encouraged to engage in activities to make us feel less remote. The PTO, pay and retirement match is generous as well.

Cons

Insurance options may be considered a bit limited, but we have Aetna which is accepted all over.
