Pros

Working from home is good.

Cons

- Zero process, and no desire to implement. In fact, process-averse. - People seem to think they know how to do their and everyone else's jobs (very low respect for skill level of co-workers). - Management is very poor, and attempts to take employees' ideas, massage them, and make them their own. - Product quality is sloppy and outdated. - Back end systems are clunky and unrelated, so there's lots that can't be implemented.

Pros

I honestly cannot think of any current pros. The office snacks? I did truly love working with a few people on my team, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but most of my team was run off.

Cons

Low pay, you can work at almost any other tech company in the Bay Area and make 10-40% more. Thankless work, management does not recognize anyone for the work they do and it ends up eating away at your soul. Fiserv acquired Clover, you are not working for Clover you will be working for Fiserv. Fiserv is a 40,000 associate East Coast corporation who very obviously has a profit over people culture that Clover has now been subjected to. All of the original leaders and executives have left because they know the workplace is toxic.

Pros

- Every conversation you have with the managers about compensation, the response is that "we haven't fired employees during COVID", so I suppose that's a pro. - Very strong favoritism. So if you're a favorite, then that's a pro.

Cons

- No attempt to keep existing talent.
