Pros

Flexibility, catered lunch and dinner, some autonomy within the job

Cons

• Schedules are unknown to Clover, so you never feel like you've done any valuable work. Poor communication between software and hardware product managers, so you often end up getting negative feedback from some hardware PM after a launch because they never had any interaction with marketing. • Management is underwhelming and authoritarian, which is quite odd... • Changes are VERY slow and seems that only "important" people (?) can affect change. • Way too much gossip about petty things

Thank you for taking time to share your review with us. We don’t quite understand what you mean by the scheduling piece whether that is your specific schedule or release schedules and would love to dive deeper into that! We have implemented manager training in 2020 to help grow and develop all managers. We enjoy our flexibility and autonomy on the job as well. If you would like to share more information on your specific situation please email hr@clover.com.

Pros

Benefits (which are steadly disappearing)

Cons

Highschool clique culture, where competence doesn't matter for growth. Several inept managers play games to stop talent from growing, thus securing their position.

Fiserv is ruining Clover

Pros

Depending on the team, you can work with some really smart people.

Cons

Fiserv has ruined Clover and has created a culture of toxicity, mediocrity, and no trust. This “tech” company is being run by people who only care about the bottom line and are stifling innovation to make numbers look good. There is a mandatory RTO with 9 hour a day minimums where they track your badge like a hawk. Software is going to be installed to track your every minute for “productivity”. Do not work here if you want to feel trusted and valued.
