      Pros

      There are still a few good folks left who care about what we once set out to do.

      Cons

      Fiserv (and now Clover) leadership has systematically destroyed productivity and morale with layoffs, dress-codes, tracked office attendance, subpar tooling, a complete failure to provide growth opportunities for employees, and a relentless demand for faster delivery with far fewer resources. ICs and managers are consistently heading for the door, and some managers have checked out completely while still making unfulfillable promises to senior leadership. Those who are still committed to the work are on the edge of burnout or already there.

      Pros

      Good smart people to work with.

      Cons

      Disorganized, pushy management. Poor processes. Unqualified engineering managers don't even belong in their positions. Sweatshop approach to managing complexity. Agile processes very different between teams. No consistency.

      Bright Office. Decent Lunches. Most people are nice.

      Cons

      There are some serious micromanaging jerks and psychopaths in a couple core teams. HR and Senior Execs turn a blind eye to complaints. Ask them for employee references . Think twice before joining. You health is not worth it.
