Pros

Clozd has a very goal-oriented culture and is growing fast. If you like working in a fast-paced environment where you can visibly contribute this is a great place to be. The win-loss interviews provide interesting insight into business executives and how they make decisions. There are also opportunities for growth at the company after you graduate. Also, the quarterly bonus for associates is directly correlated to your contribution and can make this $20+ an hour job.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lot of change and this can lead to confusion and discomfort. The company is constantly improving and evolving it can be difficult for some to keep pace.
