My favorite thing about Clozd is how open it is. Anyone, including the owners, are easy to reach and talk to. They're transparent about the business. Everyone voice is heard. Clozd is small and growing fast with a lot of career growth opportunities. The product is very high quality but still has so much potential for growth. The company really cares about its employees, their careers, growth, families, interests and everything in-between. Honestly the best job I've had in my professional career.

Clozd is such a great place to work. I feel like my work is appreciated and valued and actually makes a difference. They are very open to your opinions and ideas no matter how junior you are. A lot of the other reviews talk about how great Clozd is and I have to agree. Everyone is so nice. We work hard to hit really ambitious goals and grow but we also play hard with free Friday lunches, a company-sponsored book club, quarterly company, and team activities, etc. Everyone is really approachable. No one has a private office, it's very open-concept and the founders are very inspiring and fun. Once you feel the energy and excitement of Clozd and its future, you won't want to leave.
