There are some talented IC's

Cons

Never seen more turnover on a sales team. Mixed messaging and inconsistency is probably the biggest driver of turnover. Favoritism is very high for certain reps and it shows. Reps who hit are either favored or lucky. No real gtm motion.

No work outside of 9-5.
