- Technology slowing maturing from start-up monolith - It's a battle to prioritize tech debt pay-down and modernizing architecture - Small user base, lack of problems of performance and scale to tackle - Less than desirable 401k match - Lack of clarity on work-from-home policy, each team member defines their own "flexibility." Would be better if the whole team made the same effort to make it in to the office.
