      Pay is good. Profit sharing is good. Promotion potential. There are good managers.

      Cons

      Time off is horrible. Work life balance can be non existent. Promotions are not exactly based on merit. There are a lot of immeasurable qualities that are considered for promotion.

      •Poor leadership and communication skills from upper management •Scare tactics from upper management for termination •High turn over rates, easily to terminate employees with no sustainability •No Talent’Learning development team with proper training •expectation to be available 24.7 to answer text messages and phone calls from staff without providing a work phone so all calls and texts made on personal devices. No professional with this method •No work life balance. •Expected to work 50+ hours without any overtime and all salary based.
