Our Customer Team Members work hard and go the extra step to make sure our customers have a great shopping experience, this does sometimes mean dealing with challenging situations to get the best results for our customers and members.

Busy but good place to learn

Friendly team, decent discount, regular hours. Learn a lot about customers and store operations. Good place to build basic retail and people skills.

Cons

Often understaffed so shifts feel intense. Strict rules around clocking in and out. Workload can be high during peak times with little breathing space.

We understand how things can feel when the pace picks up in the store, please talk to your manager about your concerns around staffing, if there is a vacancy you might be able to help talk to customers about the application process or the benefits of working with us.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We're pleased that you were happy with your manager and pay. We do pay monthly, however, using the Stream App so you can get early access to your pay. Our shifts are always advertised and working in convenience this can very from early starts or late finishes.
