      Making a difference

      Pros

      No two days are the same in my role within Co-op, working across diverse business areas each day brings new opportunities and challenges, which as a team we are helping make a difference to our colleagues and member owners. Our Co-op ethical values are a good fit with my personal values, and I feel I can be myself in the workplace with 1000s of other unique and individual talented colleagues.

      I look forward to coming to work and struggle to identify any cons about working for Co-op that impact me personally in my role.
