Thanks for your review. You’ve highlighted some strong positives, flexible and hybrid working, Our colleague assistance programme, our pension with up to 10% employer contributions, and not forgetting our 30% colleague member discount, all of which matter. We know change can feel relentless, but in our food business especially, it’s brought real progress: better availability, stronger colleague engagement, and improved customer experience. We're working on improving our systems and that's a fair challenge. Stability takes time, but the direction is clear. If you feel that there is more you want to say, please reach out to your manager or use our varied feedback channels to share your thoughts.

Thank you for sharing your experience. At Co-op, our purpose isn’t just a slogan, it’s the foundation of how we do business and why we exist. We believe that doing the right thing for our members, customers, and communities creates long-term value and sustainable growth. While we understand that restructures can feel disruptive, they’re often necessary to adapt to a changing market and ensure we remain competitive. We also take looking after our colleagues seriously during these times, providing clear communication, support, and fair processes to help people navigate change with dignity and respect. Our purpose is not about politics, it’s about making a positive impact while delivering strong commercial results. In fact, many of our recent successes in food, insurance, and legal services have been driven by this purpose-led approach. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work hard to balance commercial performance with our commitment to doing business in a way that benefits everyone. That’s what makes Co-op different, and we’re proud of it.
