Pros

Days off, days off, days off and days off. Which I rarely get.

Cons

No improvement career wise, 10 hour shifts, less staff members on shift so more work load for you, 6 days work with no days off which means no social life at all. rude managers with bullying tactics, hard work at co-op does not pay off! Rubbish pay and not worth it in the long run unless you want to earn peanuts, break your spine and get treated like elephant dung by your manager.

These are easy accessible online. We also offer a range of services to help offer additional support to colleagues which is available 24-hours-a-day, 365 days a year, this includes confidential advice, support, counselling, whether it’s to do with work or not. I'm sorry that you didn't know of these benefits and services while you worked for us. ^Catherine
