Pros

GREAT as a part-time job when in school etc. Not so great for the full time workers. 21 minimum wage at 18 Lots of extra hours if you want it Had some amazing supervisors Team were friendly Work is generally easy

Cons

Low chance of career development if working in store (seen from other colleges) Manager was not great Monotonous work

Brilliant benefits Caring employer Flexible Best organisation I've worked for as there are no shareholders and all the profits go back into the business

Cons

Be better at letting people know what a great place the Co-op is to work

A company I was proud to work for, but not anymore

Good pay, growing company, good hours

Cons

Some externals coming in as area managers and at higher level and messing up the business. It's not the co-op I started working in about 10 years ago. It's like Tesco and Sainsbury's. It's all politics there now. Will be leaving soon.
