Friendly team, welcoming to new starters. Reasonable expectations from team leaders. Realistic potential to progress to team leader roles. Higher base wage than competitors.

Cons

Common complaints from store staff seem to fall on deaf ears further up the chain. Growing issues with brazen shoplifting across the retail sector.
