Thank you for your review and feedback. We're really pleased to see that you're happy with Co-op's 30% colleague member discount and having work that fits around your schedule. We recommend that you ask your manager about the Rewarding Growth Bonus Incentive Scheme or take a look on the Co-op Colleague Hub to learn more about it.

Pros

WFH flexibility 5 days a week unless there is a requirement to be in the office Friendly and Supportive Teams

Cons

Would be difficult to communicate daily even though only 30 miles away 1 in 3 On-Call is a requirement of the role and therefore some late evening / early hours work is expected

Thank you for sharing your review, and for calling out the flexibility, support and friendly working environment you’ve experienced since joining us. It’s great to hear that those aspects of the role are working well for you. We understand your point about asset restrictions and how they can feel limiting when you’re looking to streamline or automate repetitive tasks. Keeping our colleagues and systems secure is essential, but we also want to make sure that people can work efficiently and make the most of the tools available to them. If you’re interested in exploring automation, the best first step is to speak with your line manager, who can look at the request in context and help route it appropriately. You can also engage with the Digital Workplace team or the Service Management leadership team, who oversee tooling standards and can advise on what’s possible within our security model. For colleagues interested in low‑code solutions, the Co‑op Technical Community and our Power Platform governance group are also good places to seek guidance on supported approaches. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts, it’s really helpful to hear how your first year has been, and we appreciate the feedback.
