Keeping our colleagues and systems secure is essential, but we also want to make sure that people can work efficiently and make the most of the tools available to them. If you’re interested in exploring automation, the best first step is to speak with your line manager, who can look at the request in context and help route it appropriately. You can also engage with the Digital Workplace team or the Service Management leadership team, who oversee tooling standards and can advise on what’s possible within our security model. For colleagues interested in low‑code solutions, the Co‑op Technical Community and our Power Platform governance group are also good places to seek guidance on supported approaches.
