Pros

Decent Pay Happy Hours Lunch Stipen I have to meet minimum length so I’ll keep typing.

Cons

Honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever worked in my life. If you’re lucky enough to have a good manager, their manager will likely be breathing down their neck to breathe down your neck 24/7. If you want to know how they solve for cultural problems read their response to any review on here: no “that’s good criticism” or “we didn’t realize this was an issue we’ll start working on this” just complete denial of the facts and replacing them with upper managements truth. The workload is too much, the constant breathing down your neck and threat of being fired is too much. It is a pressure cooker in the name of meeting arbitrary metrics set by people who would never dare work the position themselves. Whatever they offer you initially will likely be close to your salary the entire time you’re at the company, even if you’re promoted to a new position they will make sure your raise is as minimal as possible so higher up executives can continue to line their pockets. But overall, the gaslighting for any issue you have is something you may never quite get over. It will permeate throughout your professional career, sometimes it’s hard to stick up for myself in professional settings still for fear of being dismissed or threatened with things that could make your daily life harder and possibly even lead to you getting fired.

Pros

Great products, the money can be good if you're successful

Cons

Weak upper management are ultimately afraid of speaking up the CEO who is known for firing people who blink at him. Constantly shifting landscape, zero loyalty, even for employees with decades of service. He once fired a dozen new hires for having their cameras off on a non-interactive zoom training. The next day he fired their manager. It was an entry-level training - he was listening in the whole time while yet another merger was falling through He's hired entire 75+ person teams one year, then completely shifted gears and fired them all the next year. Do not expect long-term employment here - he believes the product sells itself and wants to eliminate most sales staff in exchange for an online sign-up for clients and a few dozen phone reps.

Pros

Base pay, health benefits, free food

Cons

I knew from the moment I walked in to orientation that I had made a huge mistake. I was right. There's no need to duplicate what's already been said on this forum. In my opinion, the more damning the review, the more accurate. You will be nothing but a number, and you will not be treated with the dignity deserved by a human being. Management is heartless, soulless, incapable, and in the dark as much as anyone else. Company has a bad habit of over-hiring and firing months after hiring -- would have happened to me but I quit. Paranoid, delusional, egomaniac for a CEO.
