Egocentric CEO with narcissistic qualities and awful executive leadership who does not stand up to CEO. No work/life balance - leadership expects you to work after hours and on weekends Unattainable metrics Low salary compared to other SaaS sales jobs Cons clients into contracts and overcharges them No remote flexibility Awful PTO even after 4 years with the company Claims to support the LGBTQ+ community, but refuses to offer certain coverage for trans employees HR does not take harassment complaints seriously

Pros

The office space & amenities are very nice. Overall, worked with good people who were friendly and helpful. They definitely will promote people when ready, but that is due to the rapid turnover in these positions.

Cons

I was part of the interviewing team for this position, and during our training that told us to tell candidates the full scope of the job, as to not "scare" them. It's an extremely heavy metrics-driven role, and that is not shared during the interview process. You are expected to harass customers every month to verify things that typically don't change. CRC' are also expected to work on projects outside the scope of their job descriptions; however, you are not allowed to work more then 8 hours per day (so they don't have to pay you overtime). Never enough time in the day to get everything done. Also, you could be assigned to Pacific or Mountain Time (even if you're on the East Coast). You will get no say in this assignment when hired.
