9yOur team works hard to link individuals with roles we think they’ll thrive in but it sounds like we have a mismatch here. For that, we’re sorry, but we do want to clear a few things up. We actively seek input from employees through many forums, including, one-on-ones, a company-wide survey, Glassdoor and our hrdepartment@costar.com email (our door is always open). We know calling can be difficult but often it’s the best or only way to obtain the information our clients need. Our targets align squarely to driving value for clients and are regularly assessed for effectiveness.
