Pros

Innovative company with great products; good insurance/retirement benefits and good breakfast/snack perks. Good place to start to learn about commercial real estate.

Cons

Limited upward mobility unless you're in HQ.

Pros

A paycheck and a resume place holder so there are no time gaps in your resume.

Cons

Everything1!! There is little to no opportunity for real advancement. They will change your title and not your paycheck but expect more work. The vision of the company is not clear and therefore the product has suffered. Also if you are a minority please note that they are little to no representation in upper management. Many people at this place has panic attacks while at work, managers are allowed to treat employees disrespectfully.

Pros

Varies from a very easy job to an annoyingly complicated and tedious one.

Cons

Bonus driven, can be very boring, work from home, barely any communication between management and research photographers, promises of working your way up in the company but no help from management or HR. Your wage is based on how many photographs you can manage to upload into their not so user friendly program. This take up the vast majority of your work day.

Appreciate the review! Please know that our research photographers are core components of our research team and gather essential information that drives our clients’ decisions every day. It’s also a position that offers a great deal of independence and we understand that some may want a change of pace. If you feel that you’d like to make a role change we encourage you to discuss advancement plans with your manager to determine next steps.
