      Pros

      - Great Benefits - PTO - Company Outings - People (depending on what department and/or location) - Downtime (sometimes you can learn something new -- until more work comes)

      Cons

      - Sometimes things are over processed - New solutions are shoehorned into an archaic very non user friendly system - Unclear direct sometimes from upper management and executives - Working from home is frowned upon; with all of the security in place sometimes it's impossible to work from home - No matching or competitive salary for standard market rate of sought after positions - Downtime... sometimes they loose great people by not having competitive salaries an sometimes your team can go days or weeks without nothing to work. - Expansion in teams that aren't Sales or Development are null and void. - Value order goes.. Sales, Marketing, Research, Development and then Product

      CoStar Group is an ever changing environment. If you are looking for unlimited opportunity for growth and you appreciate a flourishing environment, this is the company for you. Upper management goes over and beyond to ensure your success as an employee.

      Communication concerning the changes within the company could be a lot better.
