Good benefits and I need more words for some ridiculous reason I am supposed to invent more pros?

Cons

Absurd level of turnover - no standardization of salaries between people with the same position- you may be making several thousands less than someone in a position of lesser responsibility- if you dare to question this, they will just fire you for asking rather than make your wage more equitable. Expected to work through lunches- even work ALL NIGHT & you will still probably end up fired.

Extremely High Sales Staff Turnover

Annual sales conferences, President's Club trips, etc. Training

Cons

A commission structure that's so complicated that no salesperson can actually calculate lends to the perception that it is not fair. The highest Salesperson turnover I have ever experienced with 4 out of 5 leaving within 1st year.

We appreciate your comments on the commission plan and will pass it along to sales leadership as we are always looking for ways to improve the sales commission plans. We also see that you were in a relatively new location, while we regret the high turnover, we’ve just hired a new Managing Director for Canada who will lead the sales team. We believe having a local leader will make a significant difference for the sales team and its stability moving forward.
