      Pros

      Great Benefits Package, Excellent Pay if you are a Sales Closer, Progressive Business Model. CEO has a good read on the industry and the drive to move the sales teams forward. Bonus for the top sales producer in 2015 was 1M. Bonuses this year for individual contributors are off the charts.

      Cons

      If you can't close deals, you won't make $$$. Not necessarily a con but if you are looking for a sales position that offers a lot of flexibility then this would not be a good fit.

      Pros

      I've been working at the Pennsylvania office for close to 5 years and have had a great experience. If you're willing to work hard and put in the time to learn the business, the company will provide you with opportunities. The culture is great in our office & it's a fun environment.

      Cons

      Company is constantly changing/acquiring new companies so if you don't like change-this may not be the place for you. that being said every time there has been an acquisition, it's been really great for my personal bottom line and it has helped to strengthen the overall company brand.

      Compared to the job you'll eventually get, this job really isn't that bad day to day.

      The job is a joke and the company is evil.
