The free snacks, the gym, and being capped at 40 hours a week were all nice. A young office team also is appealing to the fresh graduates.

Cons

Your opportunity to mentally grow there plateaus quickly. When you reach the ceiling it just begins to feel like a call center job, with the call metric minimums that you have to reach. These factors are what leads to a high turnover rate, and so many researchers active in the job market.

Cons

They are all about the numbers, if you aren't meeting your goals they will find a way to get rid of you. They have numerous conference calls sometimes spur of the moment and training meetings out of town with little to no notice.

Pros

Good place to get your foot in the door out of college if you are interested in commercial real estate. If you stay too long it will hurt you in the long term.

Cons

Management. Work ethic. Quality of life. Company does not respect its employees. Management has the mentality that everyone is expendable. While people know this, it should never be voiced where lower level employees can hear it. Company has been know to steal from their competitors.
