Great benefits, starting pay is now more competitive, great launching point for learning the commercial real estate industry.

Cons

Not a great amount of room for advancement. Performance is based on metrics.

- the company has been proactive in taking RA feedback into account, and making a better work environment for employees - creating, maintaining and streamlining the career path for researchers

Cons

- a lot of the RAs , fresh out of college, lack professionalism. as such, this creates a culture in which leadership had to constantly monitor subordinates

We really appreciate your thoughtful review here. We know that there’s always room for improvement and we’re working hard to integrate research associates’ feedback into our processes. Regarding advancement, we’re focused on retaining our best people. Within Research we’ve created and promoted RAs to several new roles and the majority of our manager hires come from within the company. In addition, we’re always open to people from the Research team moving into another role in a different area of the company if there’s a fit.
