In order to collect the most comprehensive, accurate real-time information, we have to keep in direct contact with all the people necessary to keep our information the industry standard. We care deeply for our employees; it’s why we maintain exceptional benefits and competitive compensation. In addition, we focus on promoting from within. More managers come from research than are hired from outside of it.
