the HQ is a bit too big-brother esque, and they horrendously underpay.

Pros

Spends a lot of money on marketing and has a great product.

Cons

Comp plans are so confusing that upper management does not seem to understand it well enough to pay employees accurately. Commission checks are never paid correctly and employees must wait for the next commission check which is only once a month. Even then, it does not always mean it will get paid. Most employees are rather arrogant and do not understand their clients needs. You are just a number with this company and absolutely disposable. Upper management only attempts to pacify concerns versus actually addressing them.

While I can’t speak to your individual compensation situation, I can tell you that we’re constantly building and emphasizing new products and services which means that commission structure changes at the speed of our growth, which can be rapid.

Cons

Not very organized. No set structure for advancement in my position. Daily dramatic changes. Management is not open to feedback, but they say they are.

We’re focused on promoting talent from within and are constantly assessing how to provide pathways forward. We also welcome internal applicants to our open roles in other departments, which gives employees the chance to take their next career step with the company, even if it’s outside of their function. So far this year we have filled 175 job openings with internal candidates and we have just made the visibility and application process for internal candidates even better.
