As a rapidly growing company, it’s true that the organization of the sales force, as well as targets and incentives, have gone through a number of changes over the course of the last few years. With acquisitions and new products made available, we have had to make adjustments to set our sales force and our products up for success. Change is never easy but quite normal in such a fast-growing and dynamic Company as CoStar.

Work ran out too fast, If you are a high touch (must have feedback) employee you will feel lack there is a lack of communication

Good flexible working hours, decent wage for not a lot of hassle, no micro management.

Cons

Boring, little or no interaction between teams months can go by without speaking to other staff members in different teams. A lot of moaners about workload when in reality it's not that strenuous at all.
