We appreciate the feedback. It’s true that our Research department is largely made up of individuals recently out of college, particularly in the DC office, and that often means they will want to broaden their horizons after a couple of years learning the business. We love being able to give people that start in the real estate industry, but we have also developed longer-term career paths that give researchers the opportunity to work toward specialized roles or management. As a result, we’re seeing our researchers take advantage of the career opportunities within CoStar, and we've seen the average tenure increase. Quality has been another major focus over the last couple of years – accuracy and the relationships researchers are able to develop with clients are the primary focus. While quantity does also have to be looked at in measuring the work being done, it does not receive the consideration it once did. As a rapidly growing company, we are always evolving the way we assess the success of our employees, and changes become clearer with more time for them to become the norm department-wide as well as companywide.
