      Bonus Plan, accountability, operational sound, business focus with leadership, benefits were good

      Cons

      Executive leadership teams were often unprofessional in the corporate office setting, did not support females moving into executive roles, looked towards favorites within districts for promotions

      Pros

      They give associates a generous discount (though purchase with discount precludes access to repairs.)

      Cons

      poor training for managers, no uniform pay scale (worked in two different regions), poor agency culture, inconsistent raises (worked for company for two periods spanning a raise cycle and reviews and raises not done or given) Finds unique ways to avoid paying bonuses. Uses bullying tactics with managers. Has generally gone hill since I first started in 2008 in a mid-west district. Much different culture from when I started.

      Pros

      Discounts, people were good. Flexible hours. Meeting New people and customers everyday. Some days were different than others.

      Cons

      A lot of changes within the past 5 years working there. Even changing dress code multiple times and no pay out for changing so many times. Can't move up as easy as you used to
