      The management expects you to be professional and yet they lack the professionalism themselves. There is a lot of favoritism and you have to be perfect to be promoted. If you make one mistake, it will be held against you for a very long time and it is basically like starting over. Never mind that you may work a lot harder than your colleagues and your boss. Also, no feedback or training so that you can learn to improve. A lot of layoffs in customer service and the warehouse.
