Pros

Great Benefits - No monthly premiums removed from my check Plenty of time off to balance work and family life. Variety of work - There is a mixture of projects that break up the monotony of the day. This isn't assembly line manufacturing

Cons

There is a large focus on quality and attention to detail, especially when it comes to documentation. This is understandable considering that we are primarily making pharmaceuticals.

Pros

I left a good job to come to Coating Place and I have never regretted it. The company has been experiencing steady growth year after year, which has created more jobs and opportunities for advancement within the company. Coating Place is a contract manufacturer for some highly regulated industries, so things are always changing as new contracts come in and regulations get updated. As a result, you are always learning new things, which keeps the job interesting. I don’t really have any connections with my coworkers outside of work, but I get along with everybody just fine and there are a number of employees who do develop good friendships outside of work hours. Thumbs up if you ask me.

Cons

Because of steady growth, the workload can be challenging and there are always new things you have to learn. For some people, that might not be what they are looking for, but for me, that keeps my energy level up at work so I enjoy it.

Pros

A very challenging and rewarding job. Great people and a great work environment. Many people have advanced and business is ever growing

Cons

OT. Some times excessive. If you want to make a bunch of money fast and don't mind working OT this will not be a Con.
