Coating Place, Inc. prides itself on meeting or exceeding pay levels established for work positions in our area. To this end we review several local, regional, and national wage summary publications to ensure that our employees are offered competitive wages. We welcome any inquiry employees would like to make regarding our processes for assessing and establishing wage levels, and if you feel you are not being appropriately compensated for your work, skills, or abilities, we would like the opportunity to meet with you to hear your feedback. It is the goal of each position’s rigorous training plan to ensure that each employee is set up for success prior to independent operation; this includes one-on-one counseling, hands on experience, and task shadowing (where and when applicable). If any employee questions the quality or proficiency of their training they should contact their supervisor, manager, director, or Human Resources as it is it is our expectation that employees receive the appropriate level of training required to accomplish their tasks, and be successful in their roles.
