Pros

Benefits are pretty good, pay is ok, but below average compared to competitors. The name coke can look good on resume

Cons

Upper management is clueless and could care less about employees as long as we help them make a few dollars more. Lower level managers are all yes men who never question the upper leaders. Turnover is horrible. I have been there 15 yrs and have seen hundreds come and go. We are in a recession and people still quit frequently. TOTAL disregard for human beings.

Pros

You will never have to worry about being fired, Due to the neverending shortage of drivers.

Cons

Say goodbye to working just your 70 hours a week. Now if you hit 70, they just make you a merchandiser and put you in a truck with someone else driving. If you bust your butt and get all your routes done, you have to work saturday mandatory.
