Pros

- Distributed team gets great talent from all over, not just Bay Area - Leadership is solid - People Ops team is top notch. 'People First' mentality is real here - Quarterly hackathons that include everyone, not just engineering - People here are creative problem solvers at heart and proceed accordingly

Cons

- Sometimes when I see people posting in Slack in off business hours, I worry that we are drifting into unhealthy work/life balance territory - Working remotely can be challenging. Not specific to Coda, but takes some getting used to after working in an office for years then joining a company as a completely remote worker.

Pros

An extremely transparent culture where good and bad news is shared freely and broadly. The company has fantastic benefits, the brightest set of coworkers that I've ever worked with.

Pros

Word class team. Startup energy but operates like a mature company. Supports remote workers really well. Healthy valuation growth over each funding round. Huge opportunity in red hot product space.

Cons

Some natural growing pains. Company is constantly evolving due to rapid growth.
