* The people are amazing. You'll make friends and learn so much from everyone! * The product is exceptional! * Growth opportunities abound * Benefits are great and compete with large corporations in the industry * Your voice is heard * Leadership (the best in the biz!) recognizes hard work

Cons

Becoming an expert in the product if you are new to Coda can seem daunting, however, the onboarding team provides an excellent 2 week bootcamp for all new hires that teaches you everything you need to know and more.

Pros

Transparent culture - company-wide meetings several times a week give you a glimpse into all aspects of the business Strong growth - hyper growth mode allows for employees to jump in to take action and recommend solutions Smart people - some of the brightest folks I've worked with gives you chances to learn new things daily

Cons

Fast paced - there is a lot going on and you need to be quick on your feet. Given that the teams have visibility into everyone's work, it can feel like there is a lot to know and be up to speed on
