Great Work, Great People, Industry-Standard Uncertainty

Pros

- GREAT co-workers; truly some of the most talented people you will find yourself working with. - The culture is really positive and the people are super kind & helpful. You will make real connections here; definitely feels a lot more personal than remote work could feel. - The work is fun and interesting. - Really solid benefits & pay. - Flexible time off (AKA unlimited time off) that you are encouraged to take. - Lots of company holidays, including 4 annual mental health days (1 per quarter) & company closure the week between Christmas and New Year. - Company does (at least try to) prioritize professional growth, with two review cycles per year. - Fully remote, fairly flexible as long as you get your work done and your 40hrs into the company time tracker.

Cons

- Really pushes for new client business and is not the best at client retention, leading to large fluctuations in workload; some months you have too much to keep up with and other months the company has lost major clients and feels like its on shaky ground. - Workloads can be heavy; the company largely has a "keep the client happy at all costs" mindset and over-promises work to sign new clients; upper management in pitches do not always have a realistic understanding of what the day-to-day work actually looks like which adds to the over-promising. - The heavy workload means that often personal growth/development and long-term client strategy are pushed aside in favor of delivering scoped work. - Lots of meetings that don't always seem necessary/conducive to work. - Loooots of layoffs; definitely something the company is aware of and wants to prevent but as of my Q1 2026 layoff this has not been fixed. It's an ongoing issue with layoffs/downsizing regularly occurring. - Upper management is definitely aware of the problems within the org, and are constantly promising the company that they're working to fix them; unfortunately, the impact is not felt throughout the company.

Pros

Work culture is a dream! They do all kinds of extra activities for employees, super inclusive, considerate of employees work-life balance (lots of paid time off), great benefits, remote work availability, and lots of room to learn and grow!

Cons

I have no real cons to note, pay could be a little better but the pay isn’t bad.

Pros

Great client brands and great people. Flexible time off. Solid holiday schedule. Decent pay and benefits. You will make some great friends trauma bonding.

Cons

Leadership is a mess. There is turnover left and right. Much of this is driven by toxicity and mean girl politics at the ALT level. There’s a new target every quarter and once it’s you, watch out. The way a particular ALT member speaks so condescendingly to her team, her peers, her superiors is outrageous. But it’s “not wrong”. Everyone works in fear. There is zero autonomy even at director and above levels. Expect to be treated like a child over semantics until you are eventually let go. Leadership continues to point the problem everywhere except the toxic source.

Pros

• Flexible schedule makes work-life balance easier to maintain during busy periods. • Team members work together and help each other on difficult cases. • Managers don't spend their days monitoring employees. • Exposure to different accounts and credit-related responsibilities • Competitive pay and benefits • Remote setup makes daily work less stressful and more comfortable.

Cons

Communication between departments could be better.
