They have promoted from within the company. They are big in cleanliness , in stock and friendliness.

Cons

They use to promote being a Coen Family and now that atmosphere has gone by the wayside. Everyone is now like an object instead of a person.

Great Coworkers, good pay, and clean and consistent stores.

Cons

Only issue is the lack of communication and organization which causes frustrated employees. One of the owners could definitely work on acknowledging employees when visiting stores as well.

Favoritism, Lack of leadership from OPS, Have no thought about the customer and only think about the bottom line. Core values apply only if in their favor.
