Corp . think they know the ins and outs of running the stores , However they do not . They have no idea on what it takes to keep things running smoothly . They only look at the numbers and say they don't lie , well ... work in the store and a busy one for one month , then rethink your actions and or thoughts because then they would see . This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for as management . I have seen them fire the very best managers but let things go with cashiers . They cover up whatever they can when they can . Be careful if you plan on working here , this is a cutthroat company , and do not dare to ask any questions they don't like that . Even when you are trying to make the store better . Anything you put good out there will be demolished .
