Pros

The insurance options are ok.

Cons

Pay raise was $0.68/hour, they changed operating hours without much notice, corporate employees are being fired left and right, the pay for team members is abysmal compared to competitors, communication is non-existent, they just see you as a body to step over on their way to the top.

-Great management -Positive work environment -Training program is short but very informative

Cons

-Do not get paid for the quality/amount of work the base pay employees perform -Not very good at hiring and vetting capable employees for stores -Do not compensate employees well enough for traveling to sister stores who don't have enough workers

Pros

The job itself is wonderful if you are a semi social person who likes to socialize with people breifly.

Cons

Management and corporate people dont care about anything but saving their own butts from a sling. And they dont even do that well
