      The culture, the benefits, team work, work hard-play hard attitude, location, etc. I love what I do & this is the place to be.

      Pros

      The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Although work is dealt with seriously and professionally, there are times open to have fun.

      Cons

      The office can have a lot of work at times as we take on many clients. This makes the work day a bit hectic on busy days.

      One of our cultural keystones is work hard/play hard. So I am glad to hear that we have the right mix of fun amongst the challenge of providing great consulting services to our clients. Hiring more staff is certainly a consideration to lessen stress, and we should do so for the long term. For short term workload spikes we proceed with caution so that we don't over-hire.
